INTERLIBRARY LOAN

Interlibrary loans (ILL) is a section of the NSU Library Support Services Department.

Interlibrary Loan activities are based on the "Regulations on the National System for Interlibrary Loan and Delivery of Russian Federation Documents".

The main objectives of the Novosibirsk State University Library ILL:

• satisfy readers information requests for library materials that are not in the NSU Library catalog by ordering through the ILL and using digital document delivery (DDD) from the State Public Scientific and Technological Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian State Library, Russian State Library of Foreign Literature and other Russian libraries;
• fill requests from users at other libraries for original editions and copies of books (paper and digital) from the NSU Library;
• bibliographic search and consulting services.

For many years, the ILL has been serving the University community facilitating their requests for material from collections in other libraries. Interlibrary Loan services are very popular among students and teachers
