JSTOR has placed open access resources from museums, archives, libraries, publishers, universities, policy institutes, and other organizations on its platform in the Open and free content on JSTOR and Artstor section.
The Open Access journals collection includes about 2,000 journals that cover the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.
The Open Access books on JSTOR collection contains more than 7,800 open access e-books from 90 publishers, including Brill, Cornell University Press, De Gruyter, and the University of California Press. A partnership with El Colegio de México Latin Americanist Research Resources Project (LARRP), the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), and Latin American bookseller García Cambeiro has expanded the collection to include Spanish-language titles.
Open research reports contains over 39,000 research reports from 140 institutions worldwide. The reports provide analysis of the most pressing issues, including climate change, cybersecurity, energy policy, international relations, terrorism, and various public health issues, including COVID-19.
Collections provides access to materials from 1,000 collections from libraries across the JSTOR platform, a joint open access partnership.

National Digital Library

NDL is a Federal State Information System that ensures the creation of a single Russian digital knowledge space. NDL unites Russian public library catalogs (federal, regional, municipal level, libraries at scientific and educational institutions, as well as copyright holders). This library contains 2 million publications. The NDL is operated by the Russian State Library. Personal registration is recommended. A registered user can use the advanced functionality of the portal, for example, to make their bookmarks and notes, save quotes, search queries, including reading dissertations. Access to dissertations is free of charge, without the right to copy and distribute. Everyone who has previously used the ВЧЗ РГБ needs to move to NDL. Please note that viewing publications protected by copyright can only take place in the NDL reading rooms. Registration and access takes place at a workstation in the NSU Library Information and Bibliographic Department reading room.
