ELECTRONIC LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

The Department was created in 2008 on the basis of the NSU Library automation sector.

The Department’s work includes:

• support and implementation of new information technologies;

• organizing and maintaining the NSU Library technological processes based on the RUSLAN Neo library information system;

• coordinating the work of Library departments on the automation of library and bibliographic processes;

• development and content of the NSU scientific library website;

• support and development of a full-text electronic library;

• ensuring the integration of the library into information networks and systems;

• coordination of activities and development of cooperation with domestic and foreign centers of scientific and technical information and other information institutions in order to better meet the information needs of users.
