China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)
Test access to China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) – electronic information resource platform developed by Tongfang Knowledge Network Technology open from 09/23/2024 to 11/23/2024
The following databases are offered as part of test access:
1. China Academic Journals Full-text database
A full-text database of Chinese and foreign academic periodicals, including which includes 8,490 Chinese journals, including 1,970 journals from Peking University, 2,900 Online First journals, which provide access to articles on the CNKI platform before their official publication in traditional format, containing a total of more than 62 million full-text articles.
The main subject areas include natural sciences, engineering and technology, agriculture, health, philosophy and social sciences.

As part of the test access, some articles will not be available in some journals (see list of publications on the sheet is partly blocked) due to restrictions of the legislation of the PRC.
2. China Theses and Dissertations Database
A full-text collection of doctoral and master's dissertations, which includes more than 570,000 doctoral dissertations defended (since 1984) in 508 organizations, as well as about 5 million master's dissertations defended in 787 educational institutions of the PRC.
The topics of dissertations cover a wide range of subject areas: natural and social sciences, technical sciences and technology, agriculture, health care, etc.

3. Academic Monographic Serials Database
The collection contains 1,234 serial publications published in China since 1979, containing more than 369,000 articles.
Publications from reputable colleges, universities and research institutes conducting research in the natural sciences, engineering technology, agriculture, philosophy, medicine, humanities and social sciences are presented.
