Once again, you feel the joy of the beginning of the school year. The joy of meeting with students, with a thirst for treasured books!
The first decade of September is traditionally associated with the issuance of sets of educational literature to first-year students.
Of course, the period of preparation for the new academic year, for mass book lending, is a huge job. During the summer period, sets of textbooks were formed in accordance with the programs and plans of all faculties and institutes of NSU. Educational literature was lifted from the book storage department to the reading room.
Data. "Knigovydacha-22" was held from 1 to 10 September. Sets of educational literature were given out in the reading room. A schedule was drawn up in advance for all university groups. There was a real library advertising campaign.
Announcements, schedules and lending schedules were published on the website of the NSU Scientific Library and in the VKontakte group.
Numbers. 1,740 sets of educational literature were formed and raised from the book storage department to the reading room.
The number of literature issued to first-year students was 13,444 copies.
Additionally, 1,950 copies of literature in foreign languages were issued to freshmen on the subscription of educational and scientific literature: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese.
In the department of fiction, 509 copies were accepted - from students who did not turn in literature on time. Their number is 140 people.
